REPUBLIC ACT No. 11177

An Act Converting the Bayog National High School in Barangay Kahayagan, Municipality of Bayog, Province of Zamboanga del Sur into a National Technical - Vocational High School to be Knwown as Bayog National Technical - Vocational High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. - The Bayog National High School in Barangay Kahayagan, Municipality of Bayog, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national technical-vocational high school to be known as Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School.

Section 2. - All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Bayog National High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School.1avvphi1

Section 3. - The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Bayog National Technical-Vocational High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. - The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act within ninety (90) days after its effectivity.

Section 5. - This act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
