[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8884, August 22, 2000 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TABUGON, MUNICIPALITY OF DINGLE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO TO BE KNOWN AS TABUGON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Tabugon, Municipality of Dingle, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Tabugon National High School.

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.ℒαwρhi৷

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 2, 2000 and June 5, 2000, respectively.
