AN ACT SEPARATING THE FIANZA MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL - ANNEX IN BARANGAY TINONGDAN FROM THE MOTHER SCHOOL, FIANZA MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DALUPIRIP, BOTH IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ITOGON, PROVINCE OF BENGUET AND CONVERTING IT INTO A SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE FIANZA MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL - TINONGDAN AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Fianza Memorial National High School -Annex in Barangay Tinongdan, Municipality of Itogon, Province of Benguet is hereby separated from the mother school, Fianza Memorial National High School in Barangay Dalupirip, also of the same municipality, and converted into a separate and independent national high school to be known as the Fianza Memorial National High School-Tinongdan.

Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Fianza Memorial National High School, Barangay Tinongdan Annex. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operations and maintenance of the Fianza Memorial National High School-Tinongdan shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on April 4, 2000 and June 8, 2000,  respectively.
