[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6310, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SABTANG, PROVINCE OF BATANES, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Bureau of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Municipality of Sabtang, Province of Butanes, at a site to be selected by the Director of Animal Industry through donation, to be known as the Sabtang Breeding Station.

Section 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of animal sheds, fence, drinking basins with water pumps and such other expenses as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.  Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the maintenance and operation of said Station shall be included in the annual General Approbations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1âшphi1
