[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6262, June 19, 1971 ]

AN ACT FURTHER AMENDING SECTION TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF BAGUIO TO PROVIDE FOR AN ADDITIONAL JUDGE FOR THE CITY COURT OF BAGUIO

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Section two thousand five hundred sixty-two of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended to read as follows:

"Section 2562. The city court.— There shall be a city court for the City of Baguio for which four budges shall be appointed. In case of absence, sickness or incapacity of any of the judges of the city court, the Secretary of Justice may designate any assistant attorney of the Department of Justice or provincial fiscal to act as judge of the city court of the City of Baguio, with the powers of the regular judge of said court; but such acting judge shall not receive any additional compensation during the time he is acting as judge."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1âшphi1
