[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5593, June 21, 1969 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SITIO OF TRIANGULO IN THE BARRIO OF TABUCO, NAGA CITY, INTO A BARRIO TO BE KNOWN AS BARRIO TRIANGULO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Sitio Triangulo is hereby separated from the barrio of Tabuco, Naga City, and converted into a distinct and independent barrio to be known as Barrio Triangulo.

Section 2. The Barrio of Triangulo shall be bounded on the North by an imaginary line from the present residence of Victorio Alpapara running Eastward through the Biak-na-bato Resthouse, Bahay ng Manggagawa up to the present residence of Antonio Sierra; on the East, by the present residence of Antonio Sierra to Concepcion Pequeiia boundary; on the South by the Concepcion Pequena boundary and on the West by the residence of Victorio Alpapara up to the present property of Borbor.

Section 3. Within thirty days from the approval of this Act, a special election shall be held in the new barrio for the election of its officers, who shall hold office until the next regular barrio elections.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1a⍵⍴h!1
