[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5529, June 21, 1969 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING CAMARINES SUR HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF NAGA, INTO A NATIONAL SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS CAMARINES SUR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Camarines Sur Provincial High School in the City of Naga, is hereby converted into a national school to be known as the Camarines Sur National High School effective upon availability of funds. General as well as vocational courses shall be offered in the said school.

Section 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

Section 3. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1a⍵⍴h!1
