REPUBLIC ACT No. 3906

An Act to Establish a Pilot School for Philippine Craftsmen at San Vicente, Bacolor, Pampanga, to be Known as Central Luzon Pilot School for Philippine Craftsmen, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There is hereby established a pilot school for Philippine craftsmen at San Vicente, Bacolor, Pampanga, to be known as Central Luzon Pilot School for Philippine Craftsmen.

Section 2. The Secretary of Education, who shall exercise administration and supervision over said school, is authorized to issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. The sum of five hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five.1âшphi1 Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
