DECLARING MONDAY, 16 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGUILAR, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 16 March 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Aguilar, Province of Pangasinan will mark the celebration of the Ansakket Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aguilar be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 16 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aguilar, Province of Pangasinan.
