DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 MARCH 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION

WHEREAS, on 20 March 2026, Friday, the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Fernando be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 20 March 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, Province of La Union.
