DECLARING FRIDAY, 27 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, on 27 February 2026, Friday, the City of General Santos will mark the celebration of the Kalilangan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 27 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of General Santos.
