DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 04 FEBRUARY 2026, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 04 February 2026, Wednesday, the City of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of its 25th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that that the people of the City of San Fernando be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga.ℒαwρhi৷
