DECLARING THURSDAY, 19 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAGO, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 19 February 2026, Thursday, the City of Bago, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 60th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that that the people of the City of Bago be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 19 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bago, Province of Negros Occidental.
