DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 10 February 2026, Tuesday, the City of Laog, Province of Ilocos Norte will mark the celebration of Pamulinawen Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that that the people of the City of Laog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 10 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laog, Province of Ilocos Norte.ℒαwρhi৷
