DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 18 February 2026, Wednesday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Tawo-Tawo Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.ℒαwρhi৷
