DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 FBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS, on 26 February 2026, Thursday, the City of Zamboanga will mark the celebration of its 89th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 26 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.
