DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 JANUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 20 January 2026, Tuesday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate its annual fiesta;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 January 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.ℒαwρhi৷
