PROCLAMATION NO. 1141, January 16, 2026

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 16 February 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Pasasalamat: HAMAKA Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taytay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 16 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Rizal.ℒαwρhi৷
