DECLARING THURSDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 12 February 2026, Thursday, the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato will mark the celebration of its 28th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 12 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato.ℒαwρhi৷
