DECLARING TUESDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 03 February 2026, Tuesday, the city of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija will mark the celebration of its 76th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 03 February 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan, Province of Nueva Ecija.ℒαwρhi৷
