DECLARING THURSDAY, 26 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 26 January 2023, Thursday, the City of Cadiz, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its 49th Dinagsa Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 26 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.1âшphi1
