DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JANUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 20 January 2023, Friday, the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Coffee Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 20 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.1âшphi1
