DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 JANUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2023, Wednesday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 231st Founding Anniversary and the 24th Sikhayan Festival;1âшphi1

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I,LUCAS P. BERSAMIN,  Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 January 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
