DECLARING MONDAY, 16 DECEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 16 December 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 101 st Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 December 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.1âшphi1
