MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 835, November 07, 2019 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO WHEREAS, on 15 November 2019, Friday, the Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 69 th Founding Anniversary; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;1âшphi1 NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 15 November 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
