DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINALIN, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 27 August 2019, Tuesday, the Municipality of Minalin, Province of Pampanga, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Minalin be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Minalin, Province of Pampanga.
