MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 771, July 18, 2019 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY WHEREAS, on 26 July 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, will mark the celebration of its 70 th Araw ng Ipil; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Ipi! be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;1âшphi1 NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
