DECLARING MONDAY, 20 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SUAL, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 20 May 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Sual, Province of Pangasinan, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sual be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sual, Province of Pangasinan.
