DECLARING FRIDAY, 26 APRIL 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 19 April 2019, the City of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 21st Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the City Mayor of Tarlac requested that Friday, 26 April 2019, instead of 19 April 2019 which falls on a Good Friday, be declared a special (non-working) day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 26 April 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.1âшphi1
