DECLARING TUESDAY, 12 FEBRUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 12 February 2019, Tuesday, the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 21st Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 12 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato.1âшphi1
