DECLARING MONDAY, 11 FEBRUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 11 February 2019, Monday, the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark its 21st Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 11 February 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
