DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 18 January 2019, Friday, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, will mark the celebration of the 3rd Kaisa Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac.1âшphi1
