DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 JANUARY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 10 January 2019, Thursday, the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, will mark its 79th founding anniversary and 19th Hinugyaw Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 10 January 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato.
