DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2018, a Friday, the Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its 118th founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Friday, 23 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.1âшphi1
