DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 21 September 2018, a Friday, the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal, will mark its 447 lh Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Rizal.
