PROCLAMATION No. 415

DECLARING FRIDAY, 02 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABADBARAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on Friday, 02 February 2018, the City of Cabadbaran, Agusan el Norte, marks the celebration of its Dagkot Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabadbaran be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 02 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabadbaran.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
