DECLARING FRIDAY, 08 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, Friday, 08 December 2017, marks the celebration of the Founding Anniversary of the City of Batac; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 08 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac.
