PROCLAMATION No. 159

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 8 MARCH 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 8 March 2018, marks the 19th Foundation Anniversary and the 10th Bulawan Festival of the Province of Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 8 March 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Provine of Compostela Valley.
