MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 99, November 07, 2016 ] DECLARING SATURDAY, 26 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DASMARIÑAS WHEREAS, the City of Dasmariñas marks the celebration of its Foundation Day on Saturday, 26 November 2016; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dasmariñas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.1âшphi1 NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 26 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dasmariñas.
