DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Province of Occidental Mindoro marks the celebration of its 66th Founding Anniversary on Tuesday, 15 November 2016;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Occidental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Occidental Mindoro.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
