DECLARING MONDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, Monday, 26 September 2016, marks the 156th Pueblo Day (Charter Day) of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 26 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran.ℒαwρhi৷
