DECLARING FRIDAY, 1 JULY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Friday, 1 July 2016, marks the 141th Foundation Day of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secrtary, by authority of His Excellency, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 1 July 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.ℒαwρhi৷
