DECLARING MONDAY, 1 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, Monday, 1 August 2016, marks the 68th Foundation Day and 10th Bugahin Festival of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 1 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley.ℒαwρhi৷
