MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 121, December 14, 2016 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac marks the celebration of the 1st Kaisa Festival on Friday, 20 January 2017, with the theme "Pagdiriwang ng Diwa ng Pagkakaisa ng mga Tarlaqueño;" WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C.
