RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR TOWN PLAZA AND MARKET SITES PURPOSES, RESPECTIVELY, FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKES POINT, PALAWAN, SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF BROOKES POINT, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition and reserve as town plaza and market sites purposes for the Municipality of Brookes Point, Palawan certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Poblacion II, Municipality of Brookes Point, containing an aggregate area of NINETEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN (19,411) SQUARE METERS, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot no. 1497, Cad-796-D), situated in Barangay Poblacion II, Municipality of Brookes Point, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan.
Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Road; on the N., along line 2-3 by road, on the E., along line 3-4 by Road; and on the S., along line 4-1 by Road.
Beginning at a point marked ‘1 on plan being S. 00 deg. 30W., 146.05 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-796-D, Brookes Point Cadastre, thence:

Beginning at a point marked ‘1 on plan being S. 34 deg. 00' E., 177.04 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-796-D, Brookes Point Cadastre, thence:

This plan Cad-796-D, Brookes Point Cadastre was surveyed on November 20 to November 26, 1983 by Silverio C. Habab, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on September 2, 1985.”
The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition through proclamation.
