MARGARITA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR WHEREAS, Saturday, November 28, 2009, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
