REVOKING PRESIDENTIAL PROCLAMATION NO. 526 DATED JANUARY 5, 2004, WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LOTS COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NOS. 127409 AND 416720 IN BARANGAY DELA PAZ, ANTIPOLO CITY FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES IN FAVOR OF THE SAMAHANG MAHIHIRAP SA DAANG BAKAL, INC.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines do hereby revoke Presidential Proclamation No. 526 dated January 5, 2004, which reserved for residential purposes certain portions of the lots covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 127409 and 416720 issued in the name of the Republic of the Philippines under the administration of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) situated in Barangay Dela Paz, City of Antipolo, Island of Luzon, containing an aggregate area of Twenty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Six (26,806) square meters, in favor of the actual occupants thereof and represented by the Samahang Mahihirap sa Daang Bakal, Inc. The area described in Proclamation No. 526 is hereby retained for road side park purposes.

All rights and/or privileges of private persons arising from or connected to Proclamation No. 526 are hereby cancelled, withdrawn, and invalidated.1aшphi1
