RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL PLAZA SITE PURPOSES, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BRGY. BAGUMBAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement or disposition, do hereby reserve for the Municipal Plaza site purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, under the administration of the Municipal Government of Roxas, containing an aggregate are of FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE (4,359) SQUARE METERS, more or less subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 251 of the Cadastral Survey Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre), situated in the Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro. Bounded on the Southeast along line 1-2 by Lot 250, Psu-124894, Lot 3 (Port.); Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre; on the Southwest along line 2-3 by Creek/Legal Easement (3.00 m. wide); and on the Northwest and Northeast, along lines 3-4-5-6-1 by Lot 1188, Psu-124894, Lot 3, (Por.) Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 68 deg. 38 ‘W., 44.04 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre; thence:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1149 of the Cadastral Survey Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre), situated in the Barangay Bagumbayan, Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro. Bounded on the Southwest along line 1-2 by Lot 1, Psu-124894, Lot 3, (Port.) Plaza, Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre; on the Northwest along lines 2-3-4 by National Road; and on the Southwest along line 4-1 by Lot 1, Psu-124894, Lot 3, (Port.) Plaza, Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 27 deg. 20 `W., 128.17 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-506, Roxas Cadastre; thence:
Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED ONE (201) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indentical on the plan and are marked on the ground by old P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings: GRID.
This plan Cad-506, was surveyed on November 15 to December 7, 1994 by Elpidio E. Atienza, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, and was approved on September 26, 1995.
The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other mode of disposition through proclamation.1aшphi1
