AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 312 DATED DECEMBER 8, 1967, WHICH RESERVES FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT FORMERLY KNOWN AS FORT SAN PEDRO, BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP OF THE PORTION THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP), SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No, 312 dated December 8, 1967, which reserved for Government Office Building site purposes certain parcels of land of the private domain, by granting ownership of a portion thereof in favor of the Philippine National Police (PNP), situated in the City of Iloilo, Island of Panay, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (NR-000024, Barangay Camp Martin Delgado situated in Iloilo City).

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Existing Road (10.00 m. wide); on the NE., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Road (20.00 m. wide); and on the SE., along lines 5-6-7 by National Road (30.00 m. wide); and on the SW., along line 7-8-1 by Existing Road (10.00 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 80-14E., 1098.52 meters from BLLM No. 1, Iloilo Cad. 23, thence:

N. 32-09 `E., 197.75 m. to point 2;
S. 55-25 `E., 70.00 m. to point 3;
S. 58-38 `E., 124.41 m. to point 4;
S. 61-53 `E., 119.62 m. to point 5;
5.12-36 `W., 107.83 m. to point 6;
S. 10-17 ‘W., 89.26 m. to point 7;
N. 61-05 `W., 313.55 m. to point 8;
N. 60-07 `W., 70.00 m. to point of

beginning; containing an appropriate area of SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY SIX (65,396) SQUARE METERS.1aшphi1

All corners referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. bearing true, surveyed by Engr. Ernesto F. Ciriaco on September 16, 2003 and approved on December 11, 2003.

The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provisions of Section Eighty Eight shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of this Act or by proclamation of the President.
