RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BASIAWAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BASIAWAN, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve Lot 140, Cad 948-D (AP-11-000884) for school site purposes of BASIAWAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL subject to private rights, if any there be, situated at Barangay Basiawan, Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Davao del Sur and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No, 140, Cad 948-D (AP 11-000884) situated in Barangay Sta. Maria, Davao del Sur.

Bounded on NE., along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 141, along line 5-6 by Lot 142, along line 6-7 by Lot 147, on the SE., along lines 7-8-9 by Lot 148, on the SW., along line 9-1 by Road, and on the NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 139, all of Cad 948-D.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 39-44E., 5926.12 m, from BLLM No. 1, Cad 948-D, Sta. Maria Cadastre, thence:

Containing an area of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE (23,373) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All corners are cyl. Concrete monuments 15 x 60 cm. Bearing Grid. Date of Survey February 7, 2002 by Geodetic Engineer Rosendo H. Villareal and was approved on February 19, 2002.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.1aшphi1
